The Home Ready Programs Simple 3 Step Process

Fill out the Program Registration form. Remember, it’s not if you qualify, but when and which Home Ready Program you qualify for. With up to a 98% approval rate, you can buy a home with Home Ready Programs!
STEP 2
Choose Your Dream Home
Describe your dream home, and our approved Realtor will find matches in your desired area. We negotiate a cash price, purchase the home, and offer owner financing with a 30-year fixed, low-interest rate.
STEP 3
Move Into Your New Home
Exciting times ahead! We finalize the sale with a local Title Company, usually within 30 days. After closing, congratulations—you can move into your new home!
